Back to Home page

Integrative Therapy is an approach in which the therapist incorporates a combination of techniques in order to offer clients a broader therapeutic range. By working in an integrative manner the therapist develops an approach which is individual to each client. As no two people are the same so why should their therapeutic experience? Integrative Therapy offers the therapist the flexibility to ensure that the individual experiences their personal journey.

Clients benefit from experiencing Integrative Therapy as it sees the person as a whole and not as fragments of the same being. It addresses the cognitive, emotional and physiological experiences of each client and aims to facilitate a therapeutic experience where clients can understand the reason why they are the way they are and have an acceptance of themselves in order to move forward.
