In the past I have supported people from all walks of life with learning, integration into the community, practical life skills and effective communication.

On the back of these experiences I started to research how change is facilitated and how new and healthy habits are formed. I enquired about hypnotherapy and as result took up training at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, a Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy which was awarded Gold Standard in 2006. It was here that I was awarded the HPD Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, independently accredited by NCFE and equivalent to NQF Level 4 and where I continue to embark on CPD.

BSc (Hons) Psychology, HPD & DHP.

As a hypnotherapist I work from an integrated Solution Focused approach (integrated with aspects of CBT, NLP and humanistic approaches) which aims to develop ‘solution’ behaviour as opposed to changing ‘problem’ behaviour. The aim is to make myself redundant at the earliest opportunity whilst ensuring that you have the skills and tools for a positive and pro-active life.

I am a full member of the NCH and AfSFH
