Honor has been practicing complementary therapies for six years. After receiving treatments herself and experiencing the benefits, Honor decided to change an interest into a career.
Firstly training in Swedish massage, she was drawn to reflexology, although Honor has trained in other complementary therapies to increase her knowledge and portfolio, reflexology is the one she finds most fascinating.

After practicing for five years and seeing the benefits that her clients experienced, Honor started to develop her knowledge in the area of people experiencing cancer and how reflexology could support them through this difficult period. Firstly starting to increase her knowledge by attending training at Penny Brohn Cancer Centre in Bristol, working voluntarily at the St Margaret's Hospice and has recently joined the Oncology Department at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.

Honor has a holistic approach to life, and has experienced for herself the importance of mind, body, and spirit working together to bring balance and wellbeing into our lives.
