Nutritional Therapy

Our nutritional therapist is able to give talks on specific topics such as hormonal imbalance and weight loss in addition to individual therapy, consisting of analysing dietary intake, advising on supplements and dietary changes to support well-being.


Pain Management

It is estimated that 1 in 5 people suffer with chronic pain. Our team can help reduce the incidence and experience of pain by offering workshops, teaching postural awareness and healthy practices as well as individual treatments by our clinical and senior complementary practitioners, many of whom have medical/nursing backgrounds.



Sleeping Healthily 

Sleep disturbance is a very common condition for a large number of the population. The team use well-evidenced health promotional techniques to support participants. Whether its sleep deprivation as a new parent, menopausal symptoms, stress or anxiety, we advise on a range of conventional and complementary therapies.
